How do I enable scripting?

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can enable scripting by going to the "Tools" menu and selecting "Internet Options". Go to the "Security" tab, and click on the "Custom Level..." button at the bottom of the dialog. A list of options will appear to allow you to fine-tune security features of Internet Explorer. Near the bottom of the list you will find a section on "Scripting", and an item named "Active scripting". Set this to "Enable" and click on the OK buttons until all of the dialog windows have been closed.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, you can enable scripting by going to the "Tools" menu, selecting "Options", and clicking on the "Web Features" icon in the left column. Select the "Enable JavaScript" option to put a tick in the box, and then click on OK.

If you are having difficulty finding the appropriate options in Internet explorer, the screenshot below may help.

VCite does not currently support explicit account closures. If you do not wish to use VCite anymore, you can simply stop accessing it - any accounts which are not used for 90 days will automatically be deleted, along with all personal information that was collected for that account.
